Confidentiality of Employee Tax Information
While JTS has controls in place to protect confidential employee tax information received from employees and employers, JTS is not responsible for the misuse of confidential employee tax information by unauthorized persons, employers, third party payroll companies, or any of their employees, agents or assigns.

Payment Processor
Credit card and eCheck payments are processed by ACI Worldwide, Doxim, and PNC, third-party payment processors. A processing fee will be charged for this service.

Electronic Payment Posting
Credit Card and eCheck transactions are not processed until the payments clear the bank. This can take anywhere from 2-5 business days after the on-line transaction has been completed. If you are making a payment in an attempt to prevent further action by your Municipal Taxing Body (e.g. water shutoff or Sheriff sale) please note that payments made in person with certified funds (e.g. cash, certified check) are the ONLY guaranteed methods of preventing such actions.
